Eutectic Plates: Durable, Efficient & Low-Maintenance
Our modern and eco-friendly solution uses innovative technologies to keep down costs while contributing to the energy transformation at the same time. At the heart of our temprify solutions are special reusable eutectic plates that we use both in our passive containers for chilled and frozen goods and for refrigerated transport as well as for cold storage facilities.
Our tempriFlex plates have an extremely high cooling capacity, require no maintenance, and can be reused indefinitely. We have further developed our own pre-cooling system for the eutectic plates that is based solely on renewable energies.
Different Packaging Solutions, One Pre-Cooling System
Rapid-freezing our tempriFlex plates requires a blast freezer with a cooling capacity of down to -40°C as well as optimal air circulation. Most systems currently available on the market are unable to fulfil these requirements. To be able to guarantee our customers maximum cost-effectiveness, we have developed our own pre-cooling system. temprify cooling units guarantee fast and complete freezing of all elements that require cooling for our different packaging solutions:
Monitoring & Tracking
To ensure that fresh produce and temperature-sensitive medicines arrive at their destination in undamaged condition, every link in the cold chain must work perfectly. This means that not only must the cooling elements be perfectly conditioned, they must also be monitored throughout their journey. For this purpose, temprify employs systems for monitoring and tracking.
Monitoring the cooling units electronically ensures the tempriFlex plates are fully frozen and below their phase change temperature when they are removed from the cooling unit. Data loggers placed inside the cold containers provide a seamless record of temperatures throughout the journey. Our robotic processing unit then scans the collected data, inspects all parts for damage and replaces thawed plates with fresh frozen ones.
