Who organises the collection of the test kit?

We will gladly organise the collection of the test kit from the specified address against payment of the shipping costs.

What happens if boxes or freezer are damaged during the test period?

We charge a one-off amount for each damaged test item. These amounts are transparently itemised when ordering a test kit.
