We strongly believe that managing the cold chain does not have to be complicated. Conventional cold chain logistics for temperature-controlled goods require expensive cooling fleets and are heavily dependent on the price of dry ice, while also producing tons of packaging waste and Co2. temprify replaces dry ice with passive reusable containers for transport instead of producing single-use waste, and swaps out external infrastructures for cost-effective solutions using refitted vehicles. Freezer Containers for Transport

Pre-cooling system

The heart of temprify’s solutions are special eutectic plates that we use both in our passive containers and for the passive cooling of trucks and cold storage facilities. To guarantee that the eutectic plates function at maximum performance at very short conditioning periods, we have designed a special system to meet the requirements of tempriFlex plates. The main components of the pre-cooling system are:

• Blast freezers with optimal air circulation that allow for rapid freezing of eutectic plates and high refrigeration performance of up to -40 °C.
• Mobile carts that enable efficient sizing for reduced pre-cooling times.
• Electronic monitoring to ensure the eutectic plates are correctly conditioned.

Data Loggers With Cloud Solution

The transport of temperature-sensitive foods and medicines is subject to strict regulations and legal requirements for temperature monitoring. Conventional solutions often fall short of the mark because they combine data trackers from one manufacturer with transport containers from a different manufacturer. With temprify, you will never miss the mark again, as we have designed an effective holistic system whose individual components perfectly complement each other. Learn more.

Refitted vehicles

Thanks to temprify, the terms refrigerated transport and environmental sustainability no longer negate each other. Instead of using a permanently installed refrigeration unit, we use mobile cooling units (tempriRacks) that are conditioned inside a blast freezer (see LINK pre-cooling system) and which can then simply rolled into the vehicle for cooled transport. You can reuse tempriRacks indefinitely for use in uncooled trucks and electronic vehicles, without having to worry about loss of reach. Thermal Energy Storage

temprify will transform your cold storage facility into a thermal energy storage system for renewable energy: Our tempriFlex cooling elements serve as latent heat storage for solar and wind power, do not require any maintenance and have an almost unlimited service life. Freezing them over night will further reduce temperature fluctuation and thus achieve more power at a lower cost of electricity (night power).
